Store Yogurt Won't Do Squat for Your Health
February 10, 2014
As I was standing in line at the grocery store the other day, I noticed an older lady in front of me had an entire cart loaded with commercial yogurt.
I immediately felt very empathetic for her situation as she obviously was placing high importance on yogurt in her diet - perhaps to help some sort of chronic digestive issue. What is really sad is that it is virtually certain that she was experiencing little to no benefit for her efforts. This is because standard store yogurt including those squeezable yogurt tubes for kids are not the probiotic filled food that the television commercials and other advertising would lead you to believe.
Forced Vaccination is Equivalent to Human Experimentation and Subject to the Nuremberg Code
February 5, 2014
The loss of our basic right to determine our own health care including Forced Vaccinations is coming and in many cases the precursors already exist. When We The People no longer have the right to decide what goes into our bodies...
This article will discuss this point and the reasons so many of us choose not to vaccinate and will stand by that decision. Only the use of tyrannical force will overcome that objection. Study after study is proving that vaccines are ineffective, may cause the very disease they are purported to prevent and in some cases may cause more harm to us than the actual disease. Peer Reviewed studies now link vaccines and psychotropic drugs to such physical and mental diseases as Cancer, SIDS, Dementia, Autism, ADHD, Behavioral Disorders and a host of other maladies we as a nation suffer on a massive scale, some of which we as a nation lead the world in.

Specialty Food Purchases on the Rise
August 27, 2013
Nearly 75 percent of U.S. consumers report buying more specialty foods this year, an increase from 2009. Nearly one quarter of at-home food dollars are spent on specialty items like artisana chocolates, cheeses and oils.
For the second year, the top five categories that consumers are buying most include chocolate, olive oil and other specialty oils, cheese, yogurt and kefir, and coffee; salty snacks have jumped from ninth to sixth place among most purchased specialty foods. Mobile shopping is working for specialty consumers as well with 43 percent of specialty food consumers using their mobile phones to buy food, and nearly half buy foods with locally-grown ingredients. Genetically modified organisms (GMOs) are emerging as a hot topic for specialty food consumers, who are four times more likely to seek out non-GMO foods than are non-specialty food consumers, according to the survey.

GMO's Do you know what you're eating? Flounder in Tomatoes? Should food have to be labelled?
April 9, 2013
In the US and many countries there's a refusal to force manufacturers to clearly label products that use GMO's. Wheat, Corn, almost all food stocks are now GMO's and many are used as feed to animals.
Look at low chicken and pork prices in the US and what are those animals fed mostly? GMO's. When I was a kid in the 70's the news talked about vaccines being implanted into crops in Africa to help fight disease. A noble goal indeed. Instead this has turned into a vicious money game with big players like Monsanto controlling whole markets with government support. The big questions other than following the money is simply why not label foods GMO and give the public the choice? Why suppress information? Why suppress studies? Even foods labelled as Organic or with organic practices may be grown from GMO seeds.

SANTA CLARITA - For one southland family, nothing is too extreme when it comes to pet care. The Bjorkmans really consider their ten-year old dog, Chomp, a part of the family.
So much so, that they treat him no different from their kids when it comes to his health. They called the chiropractor. Phillip Pinto, a chiropractor doctor based in Newhall, about 30 miles north of Los Angeles, specializes in skeletal adjustments in animals.
